But the Senate Re- project and returned it to the House of Representatives with a draft recommendation, Civil Code was adapted from the Majalla and in addition to the verdicts it takes to deal modern and modifies what needs to be edited to be formulated in eloquent Arabic thinness and complexity.

In 17.12.1957 restored the House of Representatives to consider the project recycled by the Senate decided to reject it.

After six years back the government introduced the same bill the House of Representatives and that instead of responding to the desire of both houses in the amendment and the government asked parliament to reconsider the project if the House of Representatives approved this project in 02.10.1964 and then send it to the Senate and to refer the Council Senate to legislative Committee (Legal) to study and report what they should about it if majority agree it not for that one member stuck recommendation previously issued by the Board in 1957 to reject the project and request a new project for civil law derives from the Islamic Sharia (where he described the Senate treasure our religion) Do not be taken from the French foreign legislation such as law or Italian law.
