The law for the protection of new varieties of plants

LAW No. (24) OF THE YEAR 2000
THE LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF NEW VARIETIES OF PLANTS

This Law shall be known as (The Law for the Protection of
New Varieties of Plants of the Year 2000), and shall come into
force thirty days after the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette.
