Issued by Jordan Maritime Authority Board of Directors by virtue of
paragraph (K) of Article (9) of Jordan Marine Authority Law No. (47) for
the year 2002
These regulations shall be named (Regulations for conducting Shipping
Agency Activities) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2003
and shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette

ج. إذا تزوج أحد في مرض موته نكون امام فرضين :-
1) إن كان المهر المسمى مساوياً لمهر مثـل الزوجة أخذته من تركة الزوج
2)إن كان زائداً على مهر مثل الزوجه يجري فـي الزيادة حكم الوصية.„
