Trademarks Law No. 34 for the year 1999

This law shall be called "the amended Trademarks Law for the year 1999" and shall be read in conjunction with the Law No. 33 for the year 1952, referred to hereinafter as the original law, as one law. This law shall come into force thirty days after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
The Prime Minister and Ministers shall be entrusted with the implementation of the provisions of this law.
