Dear Sir
I have a dual citizenship American and Syrian and would like to establish an agricultural business in Jordan and go into partnership with a Jordanian friend, we will be sharing the entire financial burden of the business 50/50. I would like to know
1. if I can own agricultural land in Jordan and if there is a limitation on the acreage and/or location
2. what kind of power of attorney should I give my partner to buy the land and establish the business.
3. will the business enable me to get residency in Jordan
