Law No. 15 of 2000 Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets

The law is called (Trade secrets and unfair competition law of 2000), and shall be
effective after thirty days as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
The Prime Minister and the ministers shall be entrusted with the implementation of the
provisions of this Law
